Cooking Class Workshops
As a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Instructor, I have experience and training in recipe development, therapeutic foods, and cooking for health that nourishes your body without sacrificing taste. I can help enhance your culinary skills by using real, whole foods and have fun in the kitchen with your family and friends.

All recipes are nutritiously delicious, gluten-free, dairy-free, and fun to make and share. I offer themed one-on-one, family, small group, corporate wellness, and sports teams cooking workshops. Classes can be held in-person in the comfort of your home with family and friends, or at a local venue for a corporate wellness or a sports team-building activity. Select classes can also be held online via Zoom as workshops (excluding corporate wellness classes which are only held in-person).

The cooking workshops are hands-on with a typical duration of up to 3 hours for in-person and 1 to 2 hours for online classes. In-person classes are held in and around Nashville, Tennessee.
