Personal Training & Functional Wellness Coaching for Women 35+

Personal training sessions are located at Blueprint Fitness in Murfreesboro, TN. Lifestyle sessions that are included in the personal training package can be done in-person or virtual via Zoom. Clients will have free access to their own CoachRx account so workouts can be viewed and so lifestyle and weekly check-ins can be tracked. The CoachRx app allows for chat directly with me. Clients are also provided educational learning modules on either gut or hormone health (or both), educational handouts, recipe bundles/meal plans, and unlimited chat with me between sessions (during business hours).

In this call, I want to hear your fitness, health and wellness goals, and I will then share an overview of my process and what to expect if we were to move forward.

2-month Functional Fitness & Vibrant Living Package

This package includes:

  • 40 minute Personal Training Sessions with option of: 

    • Once weekly​

    • Twice Weekly 

    • Three times weekly 

    • Note: all in-person personal training sessions are located at Blueprint Fitness in Murfreesboro, TN 

  • Weekly check-ins through the CoachRx app

  • One (1) 45-minute 1:1 Lifestyle Wellness Coaching Sessions each month where we’ll work on lifestyle changes, habit building, and behavior ideas for sustainable wellness outside of the gym

  • Simple but information-packed educational modules and handouts that will educate, inspire and empower you to take control of your health and vitality 

    • Choices include (your choice of): ​

      • The Healthy Gut Blueprint program​

      • The Healthy Hormone Blueprint program

  • Targeted guidance to help you make transformative changes

  • An individualized, holistic plan that includes recommendations for nutrient-dense foods, further labs if needed, supplements, detoxification support, recommended lifestyle changes, minimizing environmental toxins, and stress management support for mind and body health

  • Unlimited email/client portal text support between sessions for added support, clarifications, and questions

  • Whole food nutritious recipes and meal plans throughout the duration of working together​​

  • Ensuring you fully understand the dynamics of your health challenges and how your customized program recommendations will help you rebalance your body

  • Optional Add-Ons: 

    • Additional outside-of-gym or home workout programming ​

    • Open gym 

    • Small Group classes

    • Comprehensive Functional Wellness Health Review listed above (60 minutes)

    • Functional Lab Testing with Review of Labs

      • Options: comprehensive stool analysis, micronutrient testing, hormone testing, blood chemistry​

      • Review of labs from a functional wellness perspective ​
      • A detailed explanation of the labs from a functional wellness perspective and an actionable plan to address them. Our goal is to restore physiology and organ function, so to do that I provide a lot of education during this session so you will understand the plan moving forward.

Comprehensive Functional Wellness/Health Review

Tell me your story! We start by taking a deep dive into your health story, prior health history, current issues and lifestyle habits, and where you would like to go in your health journey. We will spend 60-90 minutes together discussing where your health has been, where you currently are, and where you hope to be. I ask questions about your medical, mental, social, and environmental history to gain a better understanding of how to individualize our work together. This is where my investigation begins, the linking and thinking between your symptoms, your story, and the plan to help you uncover your root cause! You will walk away from this session with: 

  • A better understanding of what's happening in your body

  • Simple steps to start working on right now with your diet, lifestyle, and environment in order to achieve your health goals

  • Recommendations for next steps, including additional lab work, targeted supplementation, and program length
